‎Is Human Rights Activity In Israel Actually A Zionist Scam?

Is Human Rights Activity In Israel Actually A Zionist Scam?

Think about it.

The Human Rights groups’ activities started at late 90s, when Israel's economy was not in very good shape, but now, nearly 15 years later, Israel's economy is flourishing, while the economies of most of the West are floundering, with escalating percentages of unemployment. Moreover, even in those countries with high unemployment, those who are employed often receive only minimal wages. How did Israel achieve that?

Think about it.

In the 90s, the US Dollar was worth nearly 4 Shekels. In its heydays, the US Dollar had reached nearly 5 Shekels. Today, however, the US Dollar is worth barely 3.5 Shekels, and that is primarily because the Bank of Israel is propping the US Dollar up from time to time. How did Israel achieve that?

Think about it.

In the last 15-20 years, the Israeli economy has slowly but steadily improved - with high-tech companies opening offices in Israel, and Israeli companies being sold to foreign investors. The quality of life in Israel is better than in many other countries in the west, with a health system that is far better and cheaper than in most western countries. How did Israel achieve that?

Think about it.

You have probably been approached for a small donation here, and another contribution there, to support the Palestinians’ desire for a Free Country, and you probably believed the plea, and gave with an open heart. If you gave freely, others probably did, too.
Also, in the past 2 years, the people in the EU, USA and Canada have suddenly noticed that a lot of their tax money goes to support the Palestinians’ desire for a Free Country. Where is all of that money?
If you take a close look at Palestinian achievements in the past 20 years, you won't see much of progress in that direction. So, again, where is all of that money?

Think about it.

Despite the activities of the Human Rights Movements, and the Media noise in the west, it seems that Israel is all but getting stronger, and the Palestinians are going nowhere fast. Why?

Well, such large amounts of money have to end up somewhere. A lot of US Dollars and Euros have flowed in a nearly endless stream into Israel. Where did it go?

OK, let me clue you in!

Any organization wishing to operate in Israel has to find some office space, right? So, some USD and EUR goes to renting/buying an office. And yes, the Israeli government gets a share of that money [in the form of taxes].

Ok, you’ve got the office, now you need furnishings. Where will you buy them? Well, at the nearest store, of course. So, some of that money goes to buying furniture. And yes, the Israeli government gets a share of that money.

Now you need some electronic instruments and supplies, like a computer, a fax, a printer, paper, and so on. Where will they buy them? Well, as you would expect, at the nearest store. So, some money goes to buying instruments and office supplies. And yes, the Israeli government gets a share of that money.

Now, you need some employees - someone to take phone calls, someone to write ads, someone to push your ideas to the Israeli public. So, you need hire some people. So you help Israel in reducing unemployment. And yes, the Israeli government gets a share of that money.

I think you’re starting to get the picture…

Israel’s economy is actually assisted by the Human Rights groups’ activities.

So please, yes, do help us build up our economy. Donate more money to the Human Rights groups.

I’ll be rooting for you, and counting YOUR money!

  1. This article really needs to be edited and fleshed out.

First, the grammatical errors need to be corrected.

Second, you need to clarify which human rights groups you're talking about. At the beginning of the article it appears to mean human rights groups RUN by Israel to help others. Then suddenly I think you mean human rights groups to help Israel itself. It is only at the end of the article I guess that you *might* mean human rights groups aiding the so-called Palestinians.

Third, are you trying to make the point that the money being funneled into Gaza and the territories is building up the Israeli economy through the rental of office space, purchase of supplies, and hiring of personnel? Cause that sounds a bit like laundering, and we really don't need THAT charge added to the list against us!

Fourth, and perhaps this one is best left unfixed, but you never actually tied Zionist scam into the actual article, just left it (as a dangerous accusation) in the title.

Now, I'm guessing this article was meant to be witty and possibly tongue in cheek, but the bad construction and poor editing have made it anything but. While you have the basis for a good idea, here, you have a lot more work to do if you want to get that idea across.
